Information is used to provide AI character chat, save character and conversation history, operate uploads and public discovery, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
Public and private content
Public characters may be shown in discovery pages and shared links. Private characters and private conversations are tied to the creator account and are not intended for public browsing.
Service providers
Roleloom may use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, email, payments, safety review, and AI model requests. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
Roleloom keeps information while an account, character, conversation, or operational need remains active. Users can request help deleting account data, characters, or conversations through the contact page.
Children and sensitive information
Roleloom is not intended for children under 13. Users should not put sensitive personal information, payment details, medical details, or government identifiers into character prompts or conversations.
